For the fifth consecutive year, we were assigned to design, plan, organize and execute the overall set design and production, as well as the audiovisual setup and video coverage, for the annual Athens Democracy Forum, organized by the Democracy & Cultural Foundation and in Association with the New York Times, as well as in collaboration with Tsomokos Communications agency.
This year, Athens Democracy Forum: Resilience and Renewal, has been designed in a phygital format and took place at Hotel Grande Bretagne, National Museum of Contemporary Art Αthens (EMST) and Stoa of Attalos. On the 29th of September to the 1st of October, international state and business leaders, diplomats, journalists, campaigners, authors, artists and a broad variety of experts, contributed to discuss central themes of the current state of democracy with a focus on the challenges ahead. This years challenge, was to design several studio set ups in 3 different venues at the same time and executed the overall production and audiovizual set up for digital discussions, online streaming and physical apparence of speakers, offering a memorable experience to all the participants.
