To design and develop the visual identity and full scale internal communication campaign and plan and execute the production of a series of event for the 1st COSMOTE INTERNAL HACKATHON.
The launch call to action campaign started in mid March of 2018 and a series of digital and physical material communicated the open call throughout the entire workforce of OTE Group in Greece. More than 700 people registered online. In April two important events took place, the Mix & Match event where each participant briefly presented their idea, the Preselection including personal interviews to a committee. 20 teams where chosen to participate at the final event that took place the 14th of June at OTE ACADEMY.
The final event lasted 48 hours, started early in the morning and ended the next day with the awards ceremony and a celebratory party with live music. With the presence of the President of OTE Group Mr. Tsamaz, 3 out of the 20 were the winning teams that received prizes from OTE Group executives in order to help them implement their innovative ideas.
The 1st COSMOTE INTERNAL HACKATHON initiative was successfully and warmly welcomed by employees and has paved the way for their practical involvement and engagement at the new digital era of the OTE group of companies.
